Get to know me

My name is Yvonne (ee-von)

I am married to Josh, my best friend of nearly 20 years. We are celebrating 14 years of marriage in 2026. I'm also a mom to 3 beautiful, feral, children; Andon, Colton, and Ember. Fun fact- all 3 of my kids have November birthdays and were born on the same day of the week. I have been a photographer for over a decade now, and still get butterflies before every session. I love what I do and that there is always something new to learn, and new ways to grow.

I love coffee and tea, soft blankets, rainy days & snow days, candles, live music, shopping, Mexican food, traveling with my family, and CHRISTMAS! ( I typically take a long break in December to enjoy the season with my family so be sure to book holiday photos early!)

I like to believe I have somewhat of a documentary style. I love to capture raw, natural, moments! I love a good pose but will never force something that's not working. I like to start with a simple prompt and let things flow naturally to create and capture genuine memories for you.

I am an autism Mama, I understand there is not a "one size fits all" for children, special needs or not, and I often allow them to lead the show if that's what will keep the calm in their world. I promise to do everything I can to make sure your babies are comfortable, and happy with their experience as well. I'm bringing patience and understanding with me to every session.
